Kotor → Our Lady of the Rocks → Perast → Submarine Tunnels → Mamula Island → Blue Cave
Most speedboat tours from Kotor include the same key stops, such as the Blue Cave, Perast, and Our Lady of the Rocks. The main difference is how the tour is organized and how much time you spend at each location.
Group boat tours follow a fixed route and schedule, making them a simple way to see the main highlights in a shorter time.
Private tours are more flexible. You can adjust the pace, spend more time at specific stops, and experience the bay without a fixed schedule.
This is why Kotor boat tours are considered the easiest way to experience multiple locations across the bay in a single trip.

EXCELLENT Based on 104 reviews Posted on Raffaela ApicellaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The boat tour was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Kotor. The bay itself is wonderful, with incredible views and colors everywhere you look. We were able to connect our music to the boat with Bluetooth, which made the atmosphere even more fun and relaxed: we shared the experience with a German family on board and we ended up singing Abba’s songs and “L’italiano” all together! Lovely Our skipper explained the different attractions along the way, a beautiful small island with a sanctuary in the middle of the bay and another one which used to be an old prison. But my favourite was definitely Perast.. i would have stayed there. A special thanks to Vuko who organized it all, who was very patient and helped us plan the tour exactly the way we wanted. Highly recommendedPosted on Jannatul SuchonaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Montenegro is already beautiful, and the boat itself looks great too. If you’re visiting the area, check out the Blue Cave, you might enjoy it, though it really depends on your expectations. The boat only stays inside the cave for a few minutes, and while the water and waves look stunning, especially on a sunny day, there isn’t much to see inside the cave itself. It’s more of a quick pass-through experience. Overall, I still liked it. The boat was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.Posted on Anahata MindfulnessTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our experience with this company was highly satisfactory. Vuko, was exceptionally pleasant and competent. The boat provided was well-maintained and modern. A notable moment was when he permitted my nephew to drive the boat during the return journey to Kotor, which greatly enhanced his day. I confidently endorse this establishment.Posted on Bethan Sheridan-JonesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An absolutely fabulous speed boat tour of the Lady of the Rocks and Perast from the old town of Kotor with extremely talented boat handlers who parked the boat like a car! Thanks for a wonderful day trip - we had a ball!Posted on Bartek KocyłoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A wonderful 1.5-hour trip around the Bay of Kotor. A very comfortable boat, a great captain. We were picked up practically from our apartment and dropped off at the same location. The organization was top-notch.Posted on Stefan MilTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sve odlicno. Team building RC Drina-Tara
EXCELLENT Based on 113 reviews Posted on Juanma TVerified Private 3h30 tour We took a 3 and a half hour private tour with a group of 8 and a baby. It was a lovely experience. We went around Lady of the Rocks Island to take photos, then got off in Perast for 30 min and then headed to the Blue Cave. I wish we could have stayed there chilling for a bit longer as it’s a beautiful spot. But it takes around 30 min to get there from Perast so it felt slightly rushed. I guess we could’ve spent another 10 min there as the tour lasted 2h20, but in general it was good! Good things: we booked on the same morning, we were able to choose the start time, they gave us free parking and dropped us off next to Kotors Old Town. The boat was super modern and comfy. Not so good: felt a bit rushed in the Blue Cave, which is the highlight. The driver spoke English but could’ve been a bit more informative. Still highly recommend!Posted on Nenad TVerified Perfect Short Escape To the Blue Cave The tour to the Blue Cave was an amazing experience and definitely worth it. The boat ride was smooth and scenic, with beautiful views of the coastline along the way. The highlight, of course, was the Blue Cave itself — the glowing blue water inside is absolutely stunning and feels almost unreal. The guide was friendly and informative, making the trip even more enjoyable. We also had time to swim and explore nearby spots, which made the tour feel well-balanced and relaxing. Overall, it’s a perfect short adventure if you want to see some of Montenegro’s natural beauty without spending the whole day.Posted on simona sVerified Boat tour Beautiful esperience and best organization in KotorPosted on Raffaela AVerified Awesome experience! Highly recommended💯Posted on Sam_Drake186254Verified Nice morning out on the sea Nice morning out, boat skipper knowledgable about local points of interest. Good pickup & drop off.Posted on Cruiser58516042611Verified Best tour operator in Montenegro Calm water, open sky, and that fresh breeze that clears your head in seconds. The whole experience felt peaceful but exciting at the same time. Watching the coastline drift by, feeling the gentle movement of the boat, and just being away from noise and routine — it was exactly what I needed. What really made the trip special was the tour guide. He was very good, kind, and professional. He explained everything clearly, shared interesting facts about the places we passed, and kept the atmosphere fun and relaxed. You could tell he genuinely cared that everyone was enjoying themselves. The crew was friendly and well organized, everything ran smoothly, and the views were honestly unreal. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.Posted on Monirul hasan IVerified Best tour in Kotor The tour is perfect, Lady of the Rocks and Mamula island are so beautiful.
